Discover the joy of tufting with our Fun Size Rug session, perfect for beginners and experienced crafters alike. This session allows you to create a beautiful 45x45 cm rug that’s ideal for adding a personal touch to any space in your home.
During your sessions with us at our studio, we will guide you in making your rug as you design and outline, tuft and adjust, glue and undo, tame and maintain, and, last but not least, back and pack. There are no extra fees for booking another day to complete your rug.

We will personally guide you on every step of the way, ensuring your rug turns out exactly how you envision.
Bring your own design or freehand onto the cloth for a creative rug!
Enjoy a comfortable, creative atmosphere where you can unwind and focus on your art.
You should choose a design that you could draw, with edges you could distinguish, and colors you could name. Tufting requires drawing your design on a cloth canvas with differently colored yarn. An easy way to have a rug that stands out is to use compatible colors, and utilize the space that you have.
You will typically need two sessions for a single rug, unless you would like to put extra time and care into your tufting!
The majority or entirety of your first session will be directed towards designing and tufting your rug out. If you do have time left, you may apply the glue and dry it with a heat gun.
At this point, many opt to continue at another day, but you may do as much as you want until we close.
Then, we will remove the tufted cloth off the frame and help you start trimming and detailing your rug. Once you are satisfied, you may begin forming your edges and adjusting them, adding any glue that is necessary.
Now, it's time to realize the rug! Flip your masterpiece over and apply a healthy spray of adhesive, ensuring it does not let go for a second. Then, apply your backing, and apply evenly-spread pressure for a couple of minutes. Once confident, grab a trusty pair of scissors and clean your backing to your preference!
There you go! Your masterpiece is finally ready for a new home. We'll apply any requested or required magic and gift-wrap your rug for you!
